Review on Yelp – First of all, everyone here is just delightful. Like you walk in to smiles and kindness and the most comfortable environment. I had my first haircut with Tim and I will DEFINITELY be returning. I have curly hair and my hairdresser of the past decade just stopped cutting hair so I was very nervous about a new stylist. Another curly girl recommended Tim and I am so glad she did. He was everything. He listened to me about my hair and really cared about my hair. He talked just the right amount (as an introvert this can be very anxiety provoking). I got a terrific cut and the hair washing was an absolute dream (also done by Tim). No one tried to force product down my throat but Tim explained to me what he used after I asked bc I loved it so much. From beginning to end it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Review on Facebook – Bloom salon is so beautiful, clean, bright and welcoming. The setup of the salon is well thought out. If your nervous about going out due to Covid, don’t be. Bloom is large and spacious. You have your own area for pedicures, manicures and hair services. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Linda did my pedicure today and she is lovely! I sat and had a great conversation with her and I felt like I’ve known her forever. So friendly! I will be returning for sure!- Amanda Nason

Review on Yelp -BEST service, GREAT price for what treatment you get while there. Scalp massage, tea or coffee, wash,cut,style and makeup touch up, what more could you ask for?! Same price scale as the places in the mall but the service and QUALITY of the job done is FAR above any other place I have personally visited in Hamilton or Burlington. Kristina is my stylist, NO ONE can compare to her. Sweetest woman ever, very gentle, but MAN she has some strong little fingers for that scalp massage!!! No one understands how to cut my hair the way she does! Yairis(spelling?) did my bleaching. She was very friendly, talkative and made the process fly by. Matched my colour perfect and made sure my delicate already dyed ends didn’t get damaged any more than I already damaged them lol *BTW don’t box bleach your hair twice in a row, …GUILTY!!* lol I would recommend this salon to everyone that enjoys being treated like a valued customer.- Janet V
